We are looking for a reliable, organised and people focused Housekeeping Supervisor to support the day to day running of our housekeeping department and help maintain consistently high standards across the hotel.

In this role, you will be a visible and supportive presence for the housekeeping team, providing clear guidance, reassurance and direction throughout the day. Your calm, practical approach will help the team feel confident and supported, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning standards and service levels are consistently met.
  • Train and guide team members, helping them feel confident, capable and clear in their responsibilities.
  • Plan daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when required.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Report any maintenance, health or safety concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety standards and procedures.
