We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our hotel. This is a hands-on, visible role where you will help shape the guest experience and support the team to perform at their best.

As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure that our restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our hotel, creating a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable, valued, and well looked after.

How You'll Make a Difference

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and help lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required.

With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor. Above all, you'll help create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.
