We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetising manner.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
- Ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented in an appealing and appetising manner.
- Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
- Assisting in the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Assisting in the training of junior kitchen staff as required.
