This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s eager to apply their scientific or sports-based degree to meaningful work in clean sport and health product quality assurance.
You’ll join the Programme Management team responsible for ensuring sites and products meet our rigorous certification standards. Supporting all INFORMED programmes including Informed Sport, Informed Choice, Informed Manufacturer and more, you’ll work across sample testing, compliance tracking, manufacturer onboarding and member support. Candidates should live within a commutable distance of Fordham (CB7) for training and on-site meetings when required.
In this role, you will:
- Check and process documentation to support product and site certification
- Liaise with manufacturers and LGC teams globally to monitor compliance activities
- Manage blind sampling schedules and testing submissions
- Maintain accurate traceability in Salesforce and shared systems
- Assist with post-certification surveillance and non-compliance resolution
- Support site audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
This role suits someone with a scientific or sport-related background who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives in a process-driven environment, and is motivated by clean sport and supplement safety.
- A degree in sport science, nutrition, biology, food science or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Experience in quality assurance, certification, or compliance environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Awareness of the sports supplement industry or anti-doping initiatives

Backed by over 55 years of anti-doping science from LGC, our programmes are trusted by sports teams, the military, public health bodies, and major global supplement brands. You must be able to attend our Fordham (CB7) site daily for the first 2-3 weeks of training. After this, you'll switch to hybrid working, attending on-site meetings when required.
