We are looking for someone to ensure alignment with industry and digital guideline customer experience standards. By translating customer behavior into high-impact, intuitive design solutions, you will drive meaningful improvements in engagement across our digital ecosystem!

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive UX research efforts, including interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, prototype testing, and usability studies, to identify user needs, confirm concepts, and produce actionable insights.
  • Translate research insights, data, and business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring experiences are accessible, user-centered, and aligned with CX guidelines.
  • Own the development and evolution of UI/UX deliverables, producing low and high-fidelity builds, interaction patterns, and design system components within Figma.
  • Analyze website and product performance using GA, Hotjar, session recordings, VOC insights, and heatmaps to identify friction points and drive iterative optimization.
  • Collaborate with web product management, developers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to build scope, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver implementation-ready specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, compose reviews, and working sessions to build shared understanding, present design decisions clearly, and influence strategic, experience-led discussions.
  • Champion user-first thinking, contribute to experimentation and optimization efforts, and support the development and management of the organization’s design system and new technologies.
Skills You'll Use Every Day
  • Proven expertise across UX research and UX building, including usability testing, behavioral analysis, CRO-aligned optimization, and the ability to translate insights into high-quality digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at interpreting qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Hotjar, GA, heatmaps) to guide iterative build improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, covering design systems, components, and variants, with a refined eye for UI craft, interaction development, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and partner management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and guiding collaborative decision-making.
  • Ability to own end-to-end build delivery, from discovery research and journeys to high-fidelity prototypes and detailed specifications aligned with engineering partners.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and analytics platforms (e.g., Optimizely, GA), with sufficient front-end awareness to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure composed intent is preserved through build.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to balance critical thinking with hands-on delivery, while contributing to the evolution of the build system and broader design culture.
Qualifications
  • Significant hands-on experience in UX/UI or Product Build, with end-to-end ownership of research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and delivery for complex digital products.
  • Proven background in user research and usability testing – interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, prototype testing – and synthesizing insights into clear development recommendations.
  • Demonstrable ability to build intuitive, accessible, user-centered experiences supported by a strong portfolio showing UX flows, design systems, visual craft, and measurable product impact.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma (components, variants, design systems) and experience with prototyping and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working alongside web product management, engineers, and SMEs to guarantee feasibility, technical quality, and consistency throughout delivery phases.
  • Solid grounding in user-centered build principles, accessibility standards, information architecture, and agile/iterative ways of working.
  • Experience developing design systems and reusable components, with capability across multiple UX fields (research, IA, interaction, visual/UI) and supporting a wider design culture.
