What you’ll do

  • Support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
  • Management of the auditors’ approval process.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Supporting audit and compliance processes.
  • Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS.
  • Communicating with global certification bodies.
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting.
  • Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing.
  • Supporting new certification body applications.

What you’ll bring

  • Detail oriented and organised.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A great teammate who can also work independently.
