What you’ll do
- Support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
- Management of the auditors’ approval process.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
- Supporting audit and compliance processes.
- Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS.
- Communicating with global certification bodies.
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting.
- Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing.
- Supporting new certification body applications.
What you’ll bring
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- A great teammate who can also work independently.
- A recent graduate in food science, bioscience, or a related field (preferred).
- Bonus: Additional language skills.
