Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving revenue growth? LGC Standards is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical sales support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own all Transactional accounts in an assigned geography and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio at new and existing customers across all end-markets such as Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, etc.
- Identify and close new prospect opportunities generated from a combination of prospecting and qualification in collaboration with our marketing department or self‑generated leads.
- Actively engage with customers via email, phone calls and online meetings to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow‑up on quotations and drive new sales.
- Use LGC's sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture, close opportunities and conduct ongoing territory planning.
- Close cooperation with marketing to launch new products and the core end‑market team to identify competitor activity and trends.
- Be responsible for the daily management of relevant service cloud cases, ensuring tasks are dealt with and a proper response time is guaranteed.
