At Premier Foods, we're proud to be behind some of Britain's most loved food brands. As we continue to invest in our manufacturing operations, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Manufacturing Centre Manager to lead one of our key Manufacturing Centres at our Worksop site.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll have accountability for performance across the end-to-end manufacturing process, from Goods In through Processing to Finished Product. You'll lead large operational teams, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in delivering our site and business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and promoting a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
- Leading operational performance across safety, quality, service, cost and productivity KPIs.
- Translating site strategy into clear operational plans and deliverables.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise performance.
- Leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams through effective engagement and succession planning.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, quality, legal and company standards.
- Managing labour resources and budgets to meet operational requirements.
- Building strong working relationships across functions to deliver shared business goals.
- Supporting capital investment projects and site improvement programmes.
- Maintaining robust SAP compliance and operational reporting standards.

You'll be a proven manufacturing leader with a passion for developing people, delivering results and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
