Guinness Property is seeking an Advanced Electrician to join our Empty Homes Team covering Sheffield and the surrounding area. This permanent role is 40 hours per week, with a rota including weekends and out-of-hours callouts, and an additional payment for on-call duties.
You will hold IET EAS recognised qualifications, have experience with fixed wire testing up to 415V, and be able to complete certifications accurately while keeping residents safe and informed.
