We are looking for an enthusiast Hospitality Executive to be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB) partners and VIP guests across the Formula One Paddock Club race calendar.Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Executive is primarily office-based, focusing on event planning, guest management, logistics and operational delivery, with trackside attendance required at selected Grands Prix.
In addition to supporting the day-to-day hospitality programme, the Hospitality Executive will lead and develop our guest communication strategy, enhance the customer journey, and explore new creative initiatives and projects to elevate our trackside hospitality offering.
Success in this role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences. Previous experience in event planning, hospitality or guest experience is highly desirable.
