We're looking for a Exam Delivery Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of Β£25,000-Β£26,000 and a hybrid working pattern.

What you will be doing;

  • Support the planning, administration and successful delivery of ICAEW examinations.
  • Process examination applications and withdrawals accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Maintain examination databases, records and systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide professional support to candidates and internal stakeholders, helping to resolve examination-related queries and issues.
  • Support examination-day activities and prepare documentation to ensure the smooth delivery of exam sessions.
  • Contribute to improving examination processes, systems and the overall candidate experience.

What you will need;

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations or coordination role.
  • Experience working with databases, data management systems or CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing a busy workload with multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Experience working accurately with detailed information and maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  • Experience communicating with and supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
