The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Repairs and Maintenance team in Crewe. This permanent role is 40 hours per week, with 8am–7pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings on a rota, and a hybrid model blending office, on-site and home working.
You will manage front-line teams, deliver a quality responsive repairs service, and keep up to date with building construction, social housing repairs and safety legislation.
