Salary: Β£25,939.84 - Β£26,661.85
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Location: 350 Bournville Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Maintenance Services Team and help us achieve our strategic aim of Providing Great Homes.
The role is perfect for someone who is driven and eager to learn new skills and to be involved in delivering a variety of maintenance services across a diverse stock portfolio.

Job Profile
You will support the operational teams, making sure Bournville Village Trusts properties and green spaces are well maintained, kept in good and safe repair, and minimising potential hazards. You will provide a range of duties, supporting the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services.
You will be the point of contact for both internal and external customers in relation to general enquiries regarding the work undertaken by Maintenance Services and to provide advice and support.
