You will join the EMEA ETF Platform team which sits within BGM’s Platform & Strategy pillar. We enable ETF growth by designing and delivering scalable products and operating models across the ETF value chain, evolving technology platforms to support our fund range, and ensuring ETFs can be delivered via a robust market architecture.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Platform Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable ETF products and operating models, supporting both complex and non-complex launches and enhancements across EMEA markets.
  • Technology & Market Architecture: Drive evolution of technology platforms enabling digital assets, derivatives, electronification, and AI-driven scaling of ETF primary trading.
  • Product Innovation: Develop new market entry strategies, support wrapper evolution, and build outcome-oriented ETF solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure robust, repeatable launch processes, capacity scaling, and risk mitigation across the ETF value chain.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global partners, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Market teams, to deliver seamless ETF launches and enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
