As part of Aon’s Human Capital Rewards Solutions practice, you will support clients with executing their compensation strategy using Aon’s best-in-class compensation data to empower our clients to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself with one of several dynamic industries including professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech or pharma/life sciences. London Office – Hybrid (2.5 days per week in Office)

What the day will look like
- Commercial Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to expand Aon’s client base and enhance data coverage across Europe for the Radford McLagan Database. This includes identifying potential markets, leveraging industry networks, and developing tailored compensation solutions that address regional needs and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and establish Aon as a leader in compensation consulting across diverse sectors.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and provide clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning.
- Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity that align with the latest trends and best practices across the sectors.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring compensation solutions to meet their specific needs. Deliver presentations and reports to client groups that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to the tech & general industry community.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest developments in each sector, including emerging roles, skills in demand and shifting compensation trends. Share insights with clients to help them stay ahead in attracting and retaining talent.
