We have a great opportunity for a PMO to join our SIPP team. This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract role that can be based in our Cheltenham or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. This hybrid role combines hands‑on project delivery with PMO responsibilities, ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams. You will manage key projects within the programme while supporting overall programme governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of assigned projects or workstreams within the SIPP platform programme.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Maintain programme governance documentation, including RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Support programme governance forums by preparing agendas, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex programmes.
  • Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience in financial services or pensions industry (SIPP experience highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of Financial Services platforms and migration projects (desirable).
