An exciting opportunity has become available within our Organisational Development (OD) team. This is a challenging role with a high level of responsibility and exposure to our Board, our clients and the wider business. You will proactively support one of Aspect’s Founders as well as providing a first class Front of House service and take on responsibility for Office Management.

Job Responsibilities
Personal Assistant
Reporting to the PA to our CEO, you will have responsibility for looking after one of our founders, as well as providing cover for the rest of our Board. You will get involved with:
- Diary Management - scheduling and managing calendar appointments and requests
- Travel itinerary - working with our travel company and sales team when planning overseas trips. Providing a detailed itinerary when travelling, and as required
- Event planning - organising breakfast/lunch/dinners and events for the wider team
- Personal errands - for example, collecting dry cleaning and other ad hoc requests
Reception/Front of House
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors and coordinating internal events and meetings
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepped and ready ahead of meetings
Office Management
- Oversight of the facilities budget and signing off invoices
- Maintaining contracts and relationships with external suppliers
- Building on Aspects sustainability efforts
- Acting as the point of contact for employees, contractors and building management in relation to all office and facilities issues and queries
- Ensure Health & Safety remains a top priority, including coordinating annual H&S checks and implementing recommendations, furniture adjustments (desks and chairs), risk assessments, fire safety, and other essential protocols.
