Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale CRM and digital transformation programme within a purpose-led non-profit organisation. This role will play a key part in shaping and improving user journeys across fundraising, grants, and wider service delivery functions. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will help define business needs, refine user stories and backlog items, and support the continued development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This is a highly collaborative and interactive role suited to someone who is comfortable working closely with users, suppliers, and delivery teams within a mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders across fundraising and operational teams to gather and define business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand current processes and identify improvements
  • Create and refine user stories, backlog items, process maps, and functional requirements
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party suppliers
  • Support CRM enhancement projects, integrations, and wider digital transformation initiatives
  • Assist with UAT planning, testing, and user adoption activities
  • Help drive continuous improvement across customer, supporter, and grant-related journeys
  • Ensure solutions align with organisational goals and user needs

Required experience

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a non-profit, charity, housing association, or other customer-focused environment
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and producing user stories and process documentation
  • Experience supporting CRM enhancement, transformation, or migration projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience working closely with third-party suppliers or delivery partners
  • Comfortable working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
