What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1)

  • Owning the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement
  • Building strong talent pipelines within your chosen tech vertical
  • Managing candidate relationships and delivering on live roles
  • Collaborating closely with high-billing 360 consultants on active mandates

What You’ll Be Learning & Progressing Into

  • Business development and winning new client relationships
  • Managing and growing your own client base
  • Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle (360)
