We are seeking a dynamic Global Network Partner to spearhead the commercial network strategy for our Global Broking Centre (GBC) in London. This pivotal role is passionate about driving profitable growth and encouraging positive relationships across Aon’s extensive global network. As the Global Network Partner, you will collaborate closely with network offices to gain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and opportunities. Leveraging these insights, you will deliver innovative solutions and introduce new capabilities that meet our clients' evolving demands. Additionally, you will play a key role in advancing the GBC’s product and facility strategy, enhancing our industry thought leadership, and positioning the GBC as a leading partner in the wholesale broking space. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like:
- Commercial Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals. Identify and capitalize on global growth opportunities.
- Partnership with Aon’s Global Network: Collaborate with leadership to understand client needs. Co-create innovative solutions and enhance value. Cultivate trust and strengthen cross-border collaboration.
- Product and Facility Strategy Development: Lead the development of new facilities and products. Enhance existing offerings for scalability and efficiency. Monitor performance and optimize solutions.
- Client Solutions & Business Development: Support business growth with bespoke solutions. Engage with top clients to identify unmet needs. Represent the GBC in key client engagements.
- Thought Leadership & Market Visibility: Position the GBC as a leader through thought leadership initiatives. Represent the GBC at industry events. Provide updates on global trends and market developments.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team. Ensure alignment with global standards. Track and manage key performance metrics.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Stay informed on market trends and regulatory shifts. Drive innovation in broking and service models.
