With Intelligence is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to support our expanding Technology team. We are undertaking an ambitious programme to integrate and consolidate multiple platforms, enhance our core products, and improve process efficiencies through automation, including generative AI. Due to high demand for technological change, our Tech organisation has grown significantly, increasing the need for effective coordination across engineering and IT operations teams. The Technology Delivery Manager will ensure that tech teams effectively deliver on complex, cross-domain activities and oversee critical tasks to prevent omissions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO and Tech leads to identify key work items.
- Coordinate tech projects, including post-merger integrations and carve-outs.
- Review and analyse work pipelines to ensure alignment with the roadmap.
- Identify delivery gaps, risks, and issues proactively.
- Promote the use of delivery planning tools and improve documentation standards.
- Champion good change management practices within the Technology organisation.
- Bring experience in IT project management, PMO, or Business Analyst roles.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong technical literacy, with familiarity in web applications, API integrations, microservices, non-SQL databases, and Salesforce (highly desirable).
- Experience in systems integration projects, especially post-merger integrations (highly desirable).
- A background in IT consulting is a plus.
