  • Analyse new sustainability‑related regulatory requirements to determine impact on portfolio characteristics, data, reporting frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to design optimal compliance approaches, including frameworks, methodologies, and process enhancements that balance regulatory obligations with client and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Collect and interpret market intelligence and internal/external data to inform decision‑making and meet regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Provide transition support for new regulations, ensuring interim solutions are in place until long‑term processes and systems are implemented.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across the firm, ensuring transparency and alignment on regulatory priorities.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.

What to expect when you join our firm:

  • Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations
  • Generous Holiday policies
  • Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to ClassPass

Must have skills:

  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business and operational solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and working groups to drive consensus and gather requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting frameworks.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with ESG data and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Bloomberg ESG, or similar platforms).
