This position will provide extensive secretarial and administrative support. This role would suit an experienced PA/EA with excellent all-round skills and an eye for detail who takes pride in providing the utmost service to the business. Supporting 2/3 Sales Heads as well as providing support and cover to President EA and wider cover for London based Sales Partners. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover with the potential of becoming a permanent position alongside the returning employee. Office requirement: 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Full EA/PA support including extensive diary management to organise meetings and conference calls, booking rooms, catering and VC/AV equipment if required
  • Coordination of business trips – organising tickets, accommodation, taxis, visas, meetings/itineraries, and subsequent expenses
  • Process detailed travel expenses / credit card reconciliations and Star Compliance entries
  • Client liaison – including meeting scheduling, dinner arrangements and some travel

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior management
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands, multi-task and service multiple managers/stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Innovative, creative, resourceful, resilient and a self-starter
  • High levels of discretion
  • IT literate and highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
