Job Profile Summary
The Client Services team is responsible for providing high quality support to Man’s client base globally. The team performs a wide range of duties including handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentation, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs and reporting. As such the team plays a vital role in all aspects and stages of the client experience provided by the business and is fundamental to the firm’s ongoing and future success.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where required.
- Create, edit and manage RFPs (and associated databases) for corporate and product related solutions to an excellent standard.
- Create, format, and edit pre and post sales marketing materials (including presentations, factsheets, ad hoc materials) at both a corporate, product and client level.
- Assist with client reporting requirements as required.
- Work with the wider client services team to manage the entire client experience from initial pitch through to launch.
- Assist the wider team in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements.
- Involvement in a variety of client focused projects.
Key Skills & Experience
- Interest in Client Service, ideally with an awareness of the hedge fund industry or asset management.
- Willingness to learn how to write, edit and support the execution of RFPs.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word (enthusiasm for developing strong PowerPoint skills highly desirable).
- Keen interest in learning to design, format, edit and create marketing and investment materials.
- Good written communication skills with a willingness to develop further.
- Numerically literate with a desire to build analytical skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under guidance while adapting to changing priorities.
