Responsibilities and Opportunity
- Help shape the future of commercial analytics and AI‑driven decision making across the EMEA & LatAm Client Group.
- Build the foundations of a modern sales intelligence capability by combining data engineering, analytics, automation, and AI to improve prioritisation, focus, and sales effectiveness.
- Design and engineer decision‑grade data products that move beyond dashboards into workflow‑embedded intelligence used directly by sales teams.
- Use Power BI as a core interface today, while progressively enabling AI‑assisted insights, automated decision support, and early‑stage agent‑based capabilities.
- Work closely with Sales, Strategy, and Technology to translate commercial problems into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Influence how analytics, data, and AI are applied across the business, with real scope to shape the long‑term trajectory of the team as it evolves from reporting to decision intelligence.

Requirements
- Experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of distribution models, client hierarchies, and sales effectiveness.
- Strong SQL skills, with hands‑on experience working in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Proven experience building analytics solutions using Power BI, with a strong focus on data modelling, semantic layers, scalable and well‑governed datasets, and performance‑aware design.
- Data engineering and analytics engineering experience, including designing end‑to‑end data pipelines and working across multiple source systems such as CRM, pipeline, flows, client, product, sales, and marketing data.
- Demonstrable experience delivering AI‑enabled or agent‑based workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, conversational or agentic analytics, or AI‑assisted insight generation, summarisation, and decision support.
- Experience using the Microsoft ecosystem as a platform, including Power BI, Power Platform as an orchestration layer driving insight‑led workflows, and Azure‑based data and AI services.
- Exposure to Python for analytics, automation, or prototyping ML‑driven solutions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, shaping requirements, and delivering commercial impact rather than perfect technical outputs.
Nice‑to‑have Skills
- Experience with machine learning use cases such as forecasting, sales pipeline to flow modelling, or client and opportunity scoring.
- Familiarity with MLOps or productionising AI models, including monitoring, governance, or retraining considerations.
- Hands‑on experience embedding analytics or AI directly into sales workflows rather than delivering standalone reporting.
- Experience working with Azure AI services or similar enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems as a primary analytics and sales intelligence input.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex analytics or AI outputs in a way that supports confident, timely decision making by sales leadership.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform, Fabric, or Applied AI credentials.
- Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Core or Advanced.
- Relevant applied AI, machine learning, or analytics engineering certifications.
