We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Leader to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on implementing and managing Saviynt integrations, driving a frictionless user experience via Saviynt as the foundational platform for a modern IAM ecosystem.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

  • Domain Expertise
    • Demonstrated experience implementing IGA solutions in a large‑scale, regulated environment
    • Recognised domain expert in Identity and Access Management
    • Very strong knowledge of IAM disciplines and their engineering requirements
    • Very strong Information Security background
    • Expertise in integrating identity services with enterprise applications
    • Proficiency in workflow design and implementation, from basic to complex approval processes
    • Advanced knowledge of role‑based access control (within Saviynt preferred)
  • Integration & Development
    • Drive the design and implement integration of solutions between identity services and Nomura distributed enterprise applications
    • Develop and maintain integration frameworks based on business requirements
    • Design and implement frictionless access management and approval workflows
    • Configure role definitions and implement role‑based access control
  • Business Analysis & Requirements
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather and deliver IGA requirements
    • Develop detailed use cases and process definitions
  • Project Management & Risk
    • Strong delivery experience leading Agile workloads
    • Significant experience in leading engineering teams
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to application and account onboarding
    • Track integration progress and maintain project timelines
    • Coordinate with cross‑functional IGA teams for status updates
    • Provide comprehensive reporting on onboarding status across all IGA technologies
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with IAM leaders on new requirements and solutions
    • Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders
    • Coordinate with other IGA technology teams
    • Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
