With Intelligence is a leading provider of high-quality editorial, data, research, and event services in the institutional investment and asset management space. We are recruiting an experienced Key Account Manager into our London office to join the Portfolio Management Research team. Portfolio Management Research (PMR) is the definitive independent research platform for the investment management industry and a key part of the With Intelligence service offering.

Responsibilities

  • Joining an established Account Management Team, and reporting to the Head of Sales for PMR.
  • Owning a book of existing Key Accounts by maintaining relationships with the c-suite level contacts and other senior stakeholders, driving firm engagement with the PMR platform, and renewing and upselling annual license contracts.
  • Hitting quarterly growth targets for that assigned book by understanding your client’s business needs and aligning them with the USP’s of PMR to sell new business and selling into new teams.
  • Developing your understanding of the institutional asset management space, the requirements of our asset manager clients, and competing intel and data providers to effectively position the PMR platform and maximize revenue for the firm.
  • Managing and developing your revenue stream through established business opportunities.
  • Timely and efficient pipeline management working against targets and deadlines to close contracts of varying degrees of complexity.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and sustainably growing a high value book of business.
  • Knowledge of managing complex sales and understanding customer value.
  • Experience in working on high revenue accounts with premier clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Strong track-record of using CRM and data to improve sales performance.
  • Some data licensing or SaaS experience would be preferred but not essential.
