We are looking for a motivated and ambitious recent university graduate to join us as an intern for our institutional sales team, focused exclusively on large single family offices across the UK team in London. The team manages relationships with some of the most sophisticated investment structures in the region, delivering a broad multi-asset platform spanning public and private markets.
They work with investors across the suite of Neuberger investment solutions, including private equity, private credit, fixed income, real estate, secondaries, asset-backed finance, and liquid alternatives. Beyond investment solutions, the team looks to operate as a genuine strategic partner to clients, partnering with Neuberger’s Solutions team, to provide analytical capabilities across client portfolios – from strategic asset allocation support, private market modelling, and public market solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- The intern will be responsible for assisting with capital formation across asset classes (private equity, private debt, hedge funds, traditional equities, and fixed income).
- Responsible for assisting relationship managers with all aspects of the sales process – from sourcing new client relationships, to providing support to existing investors.
- The role will involve:
- Producing compelling investment ideas, to assist in the marketing and distribution of NB solutions to clients.
- Drafting research (white papers, newsletters).
- Attending client meetings and events.
- Working with investment teams to assist with client-related follow ups.
- Assisting with certain client-related administrative tasks.
