We have a great new opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our SIPP team. This is a full time, permanent role that is based in our Glasgow office working hybrid basis. The purpose of this role is to carry out property administration tasks for BWSIPP clients, whilst delivering and maintaining a high level of service whilst ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all general administration work relevant to property is delivered within any published service levels, priorities, and quality standards.
- Support Property Purchase, Sales & Leases as required within published service level agreements.
- Work within team to manage helpline and mailbox queries as required.
- Handle the day-to-day administration and maintenance of properties held within customer’s SIPPs.
- Liaise with customers, financial advisers, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure property matters are dealt with within published service level agreements.
- Highlight cases which have exceeded service level agreements to Property Team Leader and undertake root cause analysis to reduce future risk.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths/English at Grade C/5 or National 5 Maths/English at Grade C or Equivalent.
- Experience in Pensions and/or Finance is desirable.
- Experience working in a similar role with a SIPP/SSAS business or law firm engaged in property transactions or firm of surveyors is desirable.
- Knowledge of SIPPs is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
