We have a great opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a permanent role based in our central London office working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:

  • Consider and recommend ways to improve future growth and financial performance
  • Focus on specific variables within the business area such as unprofitable clients, non-payroll expenses, write-offs, charge out rates, productivity, etc
  • Providing detailed monthly commentary on results
  • Proactively support the business with profit and loss delivery including revenue analysis and day to day budget management responsibility
  • Analysis of billing and debt management
  • Identification and oversight of efficiency and capacity enhancement initiatives
  • General strategic financial advice to the business area

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA or CIMA) is essential
  • Business partnering experience, ideally working with IT, HR, Marketing and Finance business areas
  • Strong influencing and communications skills
  • Ability to explain complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way
