Your opportunity

You will join a growing ETF Capital Markets team at the centre of ETF product development, trading and distribution support.

The role offers broad exposure across the ETF lifecycle-from fund launches and primary market activity through to secondary market liquidity and client interaction-working closely with Trading, Product and Portfolio Management.

The successful candidate will deliver on new ETF launches as well as supporting day-to-day capital markets in both primary and secondary market areas.

Additionally, they will oversee outsourced operations and support Product Development activities.

You will

  • Provide ETF capital markets day-to-day support for both primary and secondary market
  • Oversee AP and market maker meetings and relationships
  • Produce insightful reporting on ETF secondary market transactions
  • Provide assistance for client queries
  • Interact with external stakeholders such as regulators, legal counsel and market makers
  • Oversee fund launch processes including exchange listing
  • Contribute to NAV oversight and fund accounting break assistance
  • Ensure all trade bookings are completed in a timely manner and oversight of exception and break monitoring
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting
  • Assist with product cost analysis
  • Contribute to the oversight of day-to-day outsourced operational activity from execution to settlement, including clearing, collateral, prime brokerage, FX and administrators
  • Assist the portfolio management team with trading, cash management and FX hedging
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial team player with a strong sense of ownership and excellent organisational skills
  • Relevant experience within an asset manager, ETF issuer, or investment bank
  • Highly driven and diligent, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced IT skills, including experience with thirdparty systems, Bloomberg, and AI related models / prompting
  • Nice to have skills
  • ETF Capital Markets experience.
  • Knowledge of fixed income is desirable
  • Demonstrable interest and knowledge in ETFs
  • Working knowledge of Python
