Skills and Competencies

  • Significant experience leading demand generation and field marketing strategy and execution across multiregional environments within Banking
  • Strong competencies in translating a program/campaign strategy into demand generating and account-based oriented programs to drive business contribution
  • Experience shaping regional event strategies and acting as the central coordination point for stakeholder alignment, SME input, and capacity approval with central events teams
  • Proven leadership experience managing high performing teams while driving end-to-end marketing operational excellence, ensuring clear prioritization, accountability, and consistent delivery
  • Advanced stakeholder and cross functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, Digital, Content & Campaigns, and Product Marketing
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, applying AI tools to streamline marketing workflows, enhance targeting, improve campaign performance, and introduce responsible AI powered solutions that address business challenges
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to assess regional effectiveness, optimize lead processes, and improve campaign and event outcomes
  • Uses DemandGen and account-based KPIs to drive optimization and efficiency of customer engagement and business contribution
  • Experience working in account-based engagement, including experience with the latest tools and technologies for intent signals

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Banking demand generation (DG) and field marketing strategy, aligning with Banking segment priorities to drive growth and customer engagement whilst working closely with the Events team to support execution
  • Support the banking segment marketing leader by working in collaboration with the Product Marketing and Content & Campaigns team leads to develop a strategy for achieving MQL and new business goals, with the right execution of campaigns, events and partner marketing
  • Lead alignment with senior banking sales leaders to ensure that demand generation and field marketing activities contribute to new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customers
  • Lead and develop regional team members responsible for field marketing plans in Americas, Europe/Africa and APAC/Middle East
  • Lead and develop team members responsible for DG strategy and setting up campaigns in Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) like Marketo. This involves partnering with the Banking segment leads and strategy team to define the ideal customer profile, then consulting with the paid media team and marketing operations team to agree strategy & execution
  • Shape the regional event strategy for the Banking segment, acting as the key point of contact for in region event alignment, SME support, and capacity signoff with the central events execution team
  • Maintain a constant dialogue with the SDR team about the quality/volume of leads and check conversion rates and average opportunity sizes.
  • Continual monitoring of campaign and event performance, interrogating outcomes and proactively adjusting to achieve MQL and new business goals
  • Work with team members to implement new intent monitoring technology to support account-based marketing

We partner closely with the Banking Segment to execute programs that support growth, deepen customer relationships, and expand Moody’s impact in the financial services ecosystem.
