LGBT Great is seeking an experienced Pension Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of newly secured pension schemes into the PIC operating model. This deeply technical role ensures that benefit specifications are correctly delivered and understood by policyholders.
The successful candidate will lead collaborations with third-party administrators to implement system improvements, thereby achieving positive outcomes for our policyholders and enhancing the company’s brand reputation.
