With over 100 members, the Employer Consulting team specialise in varying disciplines such as DB pensions, DC pensions, governance, investment, engagement, and administration and is a growing business area.
We are now looking to recruit ambitious, highly motivated individuals to work alongside experienced consultants whilst progressing quickly to a consultancy role and responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients.
Snapshot of Your Day
- Developing and maintaining client relationships and attending meetings
- Preparing reports and presentations for new and existing clients
- Assisting the Line Manager, Consultants and CRMs in preparing reports including collating information covering advice and technical matters
- Project management
- Liaising with external service providers
- Developing relationship with other business areas within the organisation
- Checking of work prepared by others in the teamMember data analysis
- Managing relationships between providers and clients
- Delivering agreed services in accordance with agreed time schedules and budget with each allocated client
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a DC analyst, trainee DC consultant or paraplanner who is now looking to move into a client-facing consultancy role.
- The motivation and ability to work as part of a team within a collaborative environment.
- Strong inter-personal, communication and time management skills.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs in grades 9 to 5 (A* to C) or equivalent, including English and Maths
