We’re recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our Workplace Pensions team, with a starting salary of £23,525-£24,525 depending on experience. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work 3 days from home and 2 days in our Cardiff office, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Some roles may offer more flexible hours, for example, 8.30am – 4.30pm.

Our teams are made up of professionals from diverse backgrounds including call centre, retail, hospitality, and sales.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • The tasks are varied, involving regular communication with colleagues and customers. This role combines administrative and processing work with customer calls.
  • Handling all correspondence from internal and external customers, keeping them updated on progress to ensure clarity on next steps.
  • Maintaining scheme data, administering, and updating customer and client records.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer enquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Supporting our most vulnerable customers by considering their circumstances and needs, and taking additional steps to assist them through interactions with Legal & General.

  • Strong communication and administrative skills, with a passion for supporting customers regardless of their personal circumstances.
  • Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experience with MS Office.
