My UK based client are looking for a CRM Product Lead (D365) to join the team on a 12-month FTC. This is a really exciting opportunity to join an organisation with a fantastic cause who are going through a significant period of growth and transformation.
The Product Lead will work with the organisation to drive the implementation (along with a partner), development, and delivery of their new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. The Product Lead will help to define the CRM's strategic direction, ensuring it meets business needs, and managing its development and implementation.
Working closely with teams across the organisation, the Product Lead will ensure the system is effective, easy to use and enables the teams to give a great experience to the organisations customers. The role will require travel to the organisations offices in London and other offices based in the East Midlands a few times a month.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:- Experience of defining and driving Product roadmaps - Ideally D365
- Experience of leading the delivery of new D365 functionalities, product enhancements, customisations and integrations - including data migrations and APIs
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar with D365
- Experience of managing the product backlog and prioritising development needs
- Experience of acting as a link between business teams, technology teams, and external partners
- Experience of producing and ensuring documentation is clear and understanding of requirements and expectations are communicated
- Experience of working alongside Technology teams to support skills development in managing and maintaining D365 Platforms and Power Platforms
- Experience of building B2C Products
- Experience of working alongside 3rd party teams acting as the conduit to ensure alignment with organisation business needs and strategies
- Experience of making configuration updates in D365 to improve usability and workflows
- Experience of developing reports and dashboards to provide insight into CRM performance
- Experience of gathering user feedback and making improvements based on data-driven decisions
- Demonstrable experience of strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of CRM best practices, user experience design, and data management
- Experience working in agile environments
- Experience of the Not-for-profit sector and experience of donor engagement would be advantageous
