You would be aligned to our London office but with the ‘hybrid’ flexibility to work from locations that enable you to deliver your best work, including your home, the office, and client sites.

What the day will look like
Every day will be different. As you’ll have overall responsibility for your client portfolio, your activities may include:
- Reporting to business leaders on revenue growth and ensuring financial targets are met
- Overseeing various elements of the client team to deliver the best of Aon to clients
- Introducing other Aon services to your clients
- Supporting new business opportunities, including those from your network

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We seek someone with excellent client relationship skills, comfortable working to meet and exceed financial targets. Experience in employee benefits is preferred but not mandatory, and the ability to operate at a senior level with clients in a complex, deadline-driven environment is essential. Collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders are also important.
