You would be aligned to our London office but with the ‘hybrid’ flexibility to work from locations that enable you to deliver your best work, including your home, the office, and client sites.

What the day will look like: Every day will be different. As you’ll have overall responsibility for your client portfolio, your activities may include:
- Reporting to business leaders on revenue growth and ensuring financial targets are met
- Overseeing various elements of the client team to deliver the best of Aon to clients
- Introducing other Aon services to your clients
- Supporting new business opportunities, including those from your network
