Skills and Competencies
  • 10+ years of experience in executive sales, strategic account management, or business development within financial services or technology
  • 3–6 years of focused experience in partner ecosystem account management or alliances
  • Expertise in Platform as a Service (PaaS) and cloud infrastructure technology, with familiarity in AI/ML models, large language models (LLMs), and API-driven application development
  • A foundational understanding of AI concepts, a focus on using AI tools to drive efficiency, and a commitment to responsible, ethical practices and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, data/analytics, and technologies such as digital assets and identity verification solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver optimal outcomes
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with sales engagement and CRM tools, such as Salesforce

This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners including technology alliances, redistributors, and resellers
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand Moody’s market presence and revenue
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and governance processes
  • Develop and execute partner strategies aligned with product innovation and market goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Monitor partner performance through regular reviews and data‑driven reporting
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and partner business models to identify growth opportunities
