We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator – Projects to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full‑time role that can be based in our Cheltenham, Bristol or Birmingham offices, working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  • Checks work of others to ensure accuracy and compliance with Scheme rules, procedures, and legislation.
  • Supports the team in all aspects of complex pension scheme projects.
  • Provides project updates at internal client meetings and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the lifetime of the project.
  • Uses strong analytical skills to identify issues and correct scheme data.
  • Builds calculation matrices for testing complex system calculations against expected output.
  • Carries out projects around regular scheme events (e.g. Pension increases, annual benefit statements and payrolls).

Qualifications

  • In depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes.
  • GCSE/A levels are required. A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI examinations is desirable together with experience appropriate for the role in pension administration.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE 2 project methodologies.
