We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator – Projects to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full‑time role that can be based in our Cheltenham, Bristol or Birmingham offices, working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Checks work of others to ensure accuracy and compliance with Scheme rules, procedures, and legislation.
- Supports the team in all aspects of complex pension scheme projects.
- Provides project updates at internal client meetings and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the lifetime of the project.
- Uses strong analytical skills to identify issues and correct scheme data.
- Builds calculation matrices for testing complex system calculations against expected output.
- Carries out projects around regular scheme events (e.g. Pension increases, annual benefit statements and payrolls).
Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes.
- GCSE/A levels are required. A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI examinations is desirable together with experience appropriate for the role in pension administration.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of PRINCE 2 project methodologies.
