Join us as a Pension Administration Project Manager and play a pivotal role in our high‑impact onboarding and offboarding team, leading the successful implementation of schemes across the organisation. This is an exciting moment of growth and transformation, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our business as we grow further.
You’ll be part of a forward‑thinking, fast‑evolving team where your ideas truly influence outcomes, taking the lead in coordinating key meetings with internal and external partners to maintain strong alignment and momentum. Alongside driving delivery, you’ll help others thrive—mentoring colleagues in project management best practice, supporting business development activities, and representing the organisation at events to build lasting professional relationships and open new opportunities for collaboration. This is a permanent role that can be based in Liverpool, Leeds, Cheltenham, Bristol or Birmingham office working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities- Agreeing project objectives with stakeholders; both internal and external
- Writing project briefs and developing a detailed project plan to track progress
- Prioritising requirements
- Compiling cost benefit, quality and risk analyses, and contributing to the decision making process for project approval
- Tracking progress, effort and cost using appropriate systems
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Pensions experience is essential
- Demonstrated understanding of Client Onboarding success factors and challenges
- Prior client facing experience working with stakeholders at a senior level
- Project Management qualifications are essential
- Proven commercial awareness and experience of budgetary control
- An excellent and effective communicator
