We have a great new opportunity for a Client Administrator to join our Pension Administration team. The primary focus of the role is to support the business area in providing a quality, accurate and professional service to clients, focusing on client and scheme related work. This is a full time, permanent role that can be based in our Cheltenham, Bristol or Birmingham offices working on a hybrid basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders as required.
- Has full responsibility for the provision of client management services to an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Attends client calls and meetings to present and discuss administration matters, acting as a lead representative where appropriate.
- Takes ownership of any concerns or complaints, ensuring they are progressed and resolved in line with agreed processes and that remedial actions and mitigations are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Prepares quarterly administration stewardship reports, or at a frequency agreed with the client, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Maintains oversight of the production of the schemeβs annual report and accounts for their portfolio of schemes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSE Grade β5β or βCβ in Maths and English are essential. Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC) or progress with other relevant PMI qualifications would be an advantage.
- Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in DC or DB pension administration is a requirement.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good communicator with appetite to develop these skills further.
