LGBT Great is seeking two Helpline Operators to join their contact center team in Birmingham. The main responsibility of this role is to professionally manage calls from clients, scheme members, and other organizations, ensuring high-quality customer care.
The ideal candidates will have experience in customer services and call handling, but excellent communication skills will also be considered.
A referral bonus of 1,500 is available for successful candidate referrals.
