Location: London – Hybrid / Remote

Contract: Freelance Marketing Executive

Day Rate: £120 per day / 4-5 days per week / immediate start

Role Purpose

We need a creative Marketing Executive to execute our marketing plan. The role helps shape our brand on LinkedIn, Online Community, email and web, working with the Head of Operations. You will deliver campaigns, grow our digital reach, and drive engagement and commercial opportunities. You’ll receive weekly and monthly briefs to focus on priority campaigns and content, ensuring clear alignment with our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets, graphics, and short videos for campaigns and events.
  • Update website content and produce marketing materials.
  • Plan and post content on LinkedIn and Online Community, develop toolkits, and engage with online communities.
  • Promote events and webinars, coordinate speaker profiles and follow-up communications.
  • Support flagship campaigns, develop assets and messaging, and optimise paid advertising.
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns and support partnership communications.
  • Track performance, prepare dashboards, and recommend improvements.
  • Work with the Head of Operations to improve marketing systems and support the commercial team.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a professional tone.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong visual design and experience in digital marketing, content, or social media.
  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns and email platforms.
  • Experience in building an Instagram following.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to track performance.
  • Passion for purpose-led organisations and storytelling.
  • Background in demand generation / business development would be helpful.
  • Excellent writing skills are a plus.
