LGBT Foundation is looking for a Salford Chemsex Coordinator to join the Recovery Programme. As an organisation, we have been working in partnership with mainstream drug and alcohol services for more than 9 years to support access to structured treatment and to offer group spaces and 121 support for LGBT people making changes around drug & alcohol use. This role is a new role dedicated to supporting people engaging in Chemsex in the Salford area.
The role will be responsible for:

- Supporting individuals: Provision of outreach work to ensure referrals into the service. Triage and assessment, brief intervention work and extended brief interventions to support individuals making changes around drug and alcohol use.
- Line management and support of sessional workers and volunteers: Providing one to one support, team meetings, and operational support to all delivering the service.
