Operating at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and beauty, the agency creates high-end campaigns, editorials, and motion content for leading global brands and publications.

LGA Management is looking for a driven and versatile Mid-Level Producer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our shoots, connecting creative vision with on-the-ground execution across both photographic and video productions. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years of production experience in a creative agency, talent management, or production company environment. You are equally comfortable producing a multi-shoot and a fast-turnaround motion content shoot. You thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented world and take pride in protecting both creative integrity and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-Production
    • Manage end-to-end production of photo and video shoots, from initial brief through final delivery.
    • Build, manage, and track production budgets accurately, flagging risks and identifying cost efficiencies.
    • Develop comprehensive production timelines, call sheets, and shot lists in collaboration with photographers, directors, and creative leads.
    • Scout and book locations; manage permits, insurances, and logistical requirements.
    • Source, negotiate, and contract crew, talent, stylists, hair & make-up artists, set designers, and equipment suppliers.
    • Coordinate casting and liaise with talent agencies and model bookers.
  • On Set
    • Oversee the smooth running of photo and video shoots, acting as the primary point of contact on set for all departments.
    • Manage day-of logistics, including crew call times, catering, transportation, and equipment.
    • Problem-solve in real time to keep productions on schedule and on budget.
  • Post-Production Delivery
    • Coordinate and manage post-production workflows, including retouching, editing, grading, and final file delivery.
    • Liaise with retouchers, editors, and post-production houses to ensure deliverables meet the brief and deadlines.
    • Consolidate and reconcile final budgets; process invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
    • Maintain clear and organised production documentation across all projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience & Skills
    • Min 3 years of production experience across photography and/or video, ideally within a creative agency, talent management company, or production house.
    • Proven ability to independently produce shoots from brief to delivery on budget, on time, and to a high creative standard.
    • Solid understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
    • Experience producing across fashion, beauty, luxury, editorial, and commercial projects.
    • Comfortable working across still photography and motion/video productions.
    • Strong network of crew, suppliers, locations, and post-production contacts in London (Paris and/or New York a plus).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
    • Strong communicator, confident managing upward to agents and clients, and across crew and talent on set.
    • Creative sensibility and genuine appreciation for high-end image-making.
    • Proactive, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • A collaborative, creative culture at the heart of the global fashion and luxury industry.
  • Exposure to high-profile international campaigns, editorials, and productions.
