We work closely with leading global brands, creative directors, and production teams, delivering projects at the highest level of the industry.

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Agent & Office Coordinator to join our London team.

This is an entry-level position with real growth potential. You will support our agents and artists across bookings, logistics, and daily operations, while gaining hands-on exposure to artist management and creative production.

As a collaborative team, we are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting agents with bookings and project coordination
  • Managing diaries and assisting with scheduling
  • Organising travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
  • Liaising with clients, production teams, and suppliers
  • Managing and updating the LGA website
  • Supporting and maintaining social media channels
  • Maintaining artist archives and contact databases
  • Booking couriers and managing deliveries
  • General office coordination and administrative support
