We work closely with leading global brands, creative directors, and production teams, delivering projects at the highest level of the industry.
We are looking for a highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Agent & Office Coordinator to join our London team.
This is an entry-level position with real growth potential. You will support our agents and artists across bookings, logistics, and daily operations, while gaining hands-on exposure to artist management and creative production.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting agents with bookings and project coordination
- Managing diaries and assisting with scheduling
- Organising travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Liaising with clients, production teams, and suppliers
- Managing and updating the LGA website
- Supporting and maintaining social media channels
- Maintaining artist archives and contact databases
- Booking couriers and managing deliveries
- General office coordination and administrative support

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
