Beauty Producer (Fixed-term maternity cover)

We are looking to recruit a Beauty Producer (based in the Beauty Department) on a fixed-term basis to provide cover during a period of maternity leave.

The role is expected to commence on mid/end of November 2026 and continue until approximately early February 2028. The appointment is temporary and is intended to provide cover for an employee who is taking maternity leave. The precise end date may vary depending on the timing of the employee’s return to work, and any changes will be communicated as early as reasonably practicable.

We are looking for someone who can manage and coordinate production for represented artists across fashion, beauty, advertising, editorial and global brand projects, overseeing jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing artist schedules, options, confirmations and releases, ensuring schedules and production information are kept up to date.
• Producing and coordinating shoots, shows and projects, liaising directly with artists and their assistants throughout.
• Acting as a key point of contact between artists, assistants, clients, production companies, PR teams and brand partners.
• Organising UK and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cars and ground transportation for artists and assistants
• Managing production and logistics for Fashion Weeks including Paris, London and New York.
• Sourcing, optioning and confirming assistants and coordinating their schedules, rates and job requirements.
• Preparing and distributing call sheets, schedules, creative briefs, casting information and other production documentation.
• Creating estimates, managing budgets and ensuring jobs remain within agreed costs.
• Managing overtime, expenses and additional production costs and obtaining approval where required.
• Finalising jobs following completion, checking and signing off invoices and liaising with accounts.
• Maintaining and updating artist portfolios and websites
• Managing artist imagery and publications, including requesting and calling in final imagery and PDFs
• Assisting with artist portfolio meetings and other promotional requirements.
• Managing ongoing production for an artist working in partnership with a global beauty brand, including campaigns, shoots, PR, events and other brand activity.
• Attending fashion shows where required and capturing backstage imagery and video for social media content.
• Supporting social media content and maintaining relevant artist and agency content where required.
• Maintaining professional communication and strong working relationships with artists, assistants, clients and brand partners.
• Working with a high level of accuracy across communications, schedules, documents, budgets and production information.
• Managing multiple priorities effectively with excellent organisation and time keeping.
