About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform to lead cloud architecture and platform strategy for LG Commercial Displays (B2B only), focused on the Pro:Centric Platform. This role owns scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services while identifying new service and revenue opportunities across LG’s footprint. Experience with monetization services (upsell, loyalty/micro-spend, transactions) is a plus. You will work with LG HQ, Lincolnshire engineering, and partners to build a future-proof, cloud-native platform across industries including hospitality, cruise, fitness, retail, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture: Define cloud roadmap; design scalable, multi-tenant, global systems.
- Platform: Build SaaS capabilities (APIs, provisioning, device/app management); enable monetization services.
- Cloud Strategy: Drive build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Security & Data: Ensure security, compliance, and scalable data pipelines.
- Partnerships: Build strategic & technical partnerships across cloud and service ecosystem.
- Execution: Own delivery lifecycle; align closely with engineering.
- Performance: Optimize reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Team Mindset: Thrive in small teams while building for global scale; strong collaborator.
- AI/ML: Apply AI/ML pragmatically for business impact, not experimentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product with cloud/platform architecture focus.
- Experience with cloud-native systems and SaaS/multi-tenant platforms.
- Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong API-first mindset (REST, GraphQL, event-driven).
- Familiarity with MCP or similar integration frameworks.
- Proven ability to make business-driven technical decisions.
- Experience building strategic/technical partnerships.
- Strong communication across technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CTV, hospitality, or enterprise display platforms.
- Knowledge of CDNs, streaming/video, or IoT/device platforms.
- Familiarity with monetization services/integrations.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR (or similar).
